Cereal Terra chooses SMI technology

In the Turin plant of Cereal Terra - a food company operating in the organic canned food sector - SMI has installed a new LSK 40 T ERGON shrinkwrapper, ideal for the packaging in tray+film (or layer pad+film) packs of a wide range of glass jars (from 0,12 up to 0,39 l), as well as 350 g glass bottles.

With a production capacity of up to 40 packs/minute, the LSK 40 T ERGON is able to create bundles in the 3x2 format for all glass jars and bottles and in the 4x3 format for 0.314 l jars.
